Returns

Due to Covid we have extended our Returns Policy to 60 days*

We hope you are pleased with your purchase from Subtle Whisper, and it is exactly as you expected. However, if for any reason the item is unsuitable, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any exchanges for orders placed online.

We will make a full refund which will go back onto the card used when the purchase was made. We are not able to refund any postage charges.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage on return and then contact us at customerservice@subtlewhisper.com  We can provide you with a returns label and necessary paperwork. We endeavour to process any returns as quickly as possible once they are back with us.

The goods will remain the buyers responsibility until returned. When returning products please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office (there is no charge for this). We cannot be held responsible for products lost in posting, and advise you send returned products via a recorded delivery service.

*For international returns, please get in touch with us before returning the order and we will do our best to find a convenient solution.

As soon as we have received your returned parcel, an e-mail notification will be produced and your refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once your returned products have been checked you will receive a return e-mail notification. Your refund will be paid back to the same account that was used to place the order. The refund process usually takes up to 8-10 working days. You can always check your refund status by looking at your statement.

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser*

The refund will be the full cost of the item less original Postage and Packaging charge.

We regret we can not refund any postage charges incurred both from purchase to return of products.

Faulty Goods & Errors

We work carefully to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged or if there is an error with the item you have received, please email us within 3 days of receipt to advise at customerservice@subtlewhisper.com

We will contact you to discuss a replacement of the item or component part. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 5 days from date of delivery.

Exchange

We currently do not have an exchange service.

You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with. If you would like another product, colour or size, please place a new order.
