At Subtle Whisper our professional and expert team will do everything they can to get your order out to you on time and with the utmost care.

We provide a discreet shipping service to make gift-giving an even easier shopping experience, where the item/gift can be sent directly to the recipients address, with no price tags or receipts and we will email you all shipping confirmation and send receipt of purchase in the post. Please see options available at ‘Checkout’.

Shipping Options

FREE standard delivery to the UK when you spend £30 or more

Standard UK Delivery (within 5-7 working days) £3.95
Our Standard rate per order is £3.95. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. All deliveries will be Monday – Friday, except when they fall on public and Bank Holidays. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

This excludes Channel Islands.

If you do need an item urgently please contact us direct and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that at Subtle Whispers all items are hand picked and wrapped. When your parcel has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this time frame we will inform you whenever possible.

We cannot change your order (product, size, colour or address) once it has been placed.

Next Day Delivery*

Unfortunately at this time we do not currently offer a next day delivery service.

Free Delivery

Free Delivery is automatically applied at the checkout when you spend over £30 to Mainland UK.

Your order will take an estimated 5-7 working days, following being handpicked and dispatched. When your parcel has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this time frame we will endeavour to inform you immediately.

We cannot change your order (product, size, colour or address) once it has been placed.

Free delivery only applies to UK Mainland postcodes.

International Deliveries

Throughout Europe our standard delivery charge is £14.95 per order.

For delivery outside Europe please email across details of what you would like to order, we can then provide you with a delivery quote customerservice@subtle-whisper.smgdesign.org

All international orders will be sent via a tracked/recorded delivery method.

Please note the above delivery timelines refer to UK Mainland postcodes only. We will always do what we can to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information. If you encounter any problems when tracking your parcel, please get in touch with our team who will be very happy to help you customerservice@subtle-whisper.smgdesign.org
Please be aware your parcel will require a signature upon delivery.
